Interview with Fashion Model Bethany Bennett

CHO Fashion & Lifestyle were lucky enough to work with the amazing Bethany Bennett, an up and coming fashion model with an amazing look.

So, while on the CHO Fashion & Lifestyle TV shoot watching Bethany do what she does best we decided to hold an impromptu Q&A session. If you want to find out more about how a social media star combines her super busy lifestyle with modelling, then read below.

Q – If you could raid one woman’s closet, who’s would it be?
A – Sarah Jessica Parker’s, or to be more specific, Carrie Bradshaw’s from SATC.

Q – How do you handle jetlag?
A – I don’t! I guess I just drink lots of water and stay hydrated.

Q – How’s your schedule looking?
A – I’ve got a holiday to Greece, Skiathos next week. And then a big move to London to pursue modelling full-time.

Q – Best/worst colour to wear?
A – Best colour for my hair and skin tone is bright blue. Worst is white, I’m too clumsy to risk it.

Q – Have you ever cut your own hair?
A – I didn’t do it myself but my sister decided to give me a bob when I was 4 years old.

Q – Who’s your girl crush?
A – Serena Williams, she’s amazing!

Q – Favourite food/drink?
A – Anything fishy really, and mojito’s!

Q – If you could have one superpower what would it be?
A – To fly.

Q – What’s the best compliment you’ve ever received?
A – Not really one I can remember specifically, but I did an internship whilst at University and got a lot of positive feedback which was great as I’d worked hard to get the position.

Q – Something you’ve always wanted to try?
A – Surfing!

Q – Best spot to eat?
A – Christchurch Park along the river in Oxford is nice to head to with a picnic. It’s a beautiful spot and you can watch all the Uni rowers going by.

Q – One thing you could never part with from your closet?
A – My black knee-high boots. (Otherwise my flip flops)

Q – You’re moving to London soon, but if you could live anywhere, where would it be?
A – Costa Rica, La Fortuna.

Q – Who is your fashion icon?
A – I don’t have one but I’m inspired by anyone colourful with a gypsy vibe.

Q – Where would be your dream location to shoot?
A – Hawaii, any of the islands!

Q – Fashion Week starts soon, who are you going to be watching?
A – Def Dior and Gucci and can’t miss Burberry!

Q – Where do you shop when saving vs. splurging?
A – When I’m saving, Zara, and when I’m splurging, Freepeople.

Q – What’s a key piece for you heading into Autumn?
A – A good hat, preferably a chestnut one.

Q – Planning on a Winter getaway?
A – Maybe skiing for the first time ever, potentially heading to Austria.
