CHO is open online! We are continuing to take orders online and delivering your orders but some of our services have been paused. Our live chat has been put on hold for now but we are still contactable via our Contact Us page. Someone will get back to you regarding your query if you use one of the methods on the page. Either fill out a contact form or email email@example.com regarding your issue.
We are continuing to deliver Worldwide as usual. For UK deliveries we still aim to process your order within the same working day. Please note that our team are working hard to get your order in a safe and quick manner for you. We are continuing to use Royal Mail and DPD and due to the capacity of these services items may be delivered slightly slower than usual. Here at CHO, we are ensuring that you receive your order in a timely and safe manner.
If you are wanting to return an item you can do so, we usually advise returning your parcel within 30 days however we are extending this period further by another 4 weeks. This is to ensure that you can return your parcel to us safely. If you would like more information regarding returns then you can view our Returns policy.
In the case of special orders or items which are temporarily out of stock, we will advise you of an estimated delivery date as soon as we can confirm a date.
