Placing Your Order
Discount code not working?
Active discount codes are listed directly on the product pages, when they apply.
If items are not discounted, the code will not be visible on the product page.
Delivery Questions
What delivery service do you use?
We offer standard UK tracked 48 delivery with Royal Mail.
You can opt to upgrade your delivery service to Next Day delivery with DPD.
We also offer an international delivery service via FedEx.
I’ve put the wrong address, how do I change it?
Send us an email with the correct address as soon as you notice and we’ll get it changed before it gets dispatched.
How do I track my order?
We send out an email with your tracking details on when your item has been dispatched. The tracking number won’t work until around 5pm on the day of dispatch.
What does “Order Name” mean?

Refunds & Returns
How long is your returns policy?
Usually you have 30 days to return any unwanted items for a refund. The item must be in perfect condition with all tags and labels attached in the original packaging.
How long does it take to get my refund?
We process all returns the same day they arrive to us - except on weekends or bank holidays. Then allow up to 14 working days for the money to come back in your bank account. You'll get an email once it's been processed and completed.

Are your products authentic?
We’re an official stockist of all of the brands we sell. Products arrive to us directly from the brands themselves.
You can find us on the “official stockists” list that every brand has at the bottom of their website. You can also email the brands directly and they’ll be happy to confirm this.
