Placing Your Order

Discount code not working?

Active discount codes are listed directly on the product pages, when they apply.

If items are not discounted, the code will not be visible on the product page.

 

Delivery Questions

What delivery service do you use?

We offer standard UK tracked 48 delivery with Royal Mail (This is the service used when your order is over £75 and is eligible for free delivery)

You can opt to upgrade your delivery service to Next Day delivery with DPD ('Next Day Delivery' is only available for orders received before 4.30pm)

We also offer an international delivery service via FedEx.

You can select pick-up options at checkout with Royal Mail and DPD.

What is the difference between Express Pack Next Day, Saturday and Sunday shipping options?

DPD Express Pack Next Day is our standard next working day service. Orders Placed before 4:30pm will be shipped on this service for delivery on the next working day.

DPD Saturday Delivery is for delivery on Saturday, if you place an order on a Thursday after 4:30pm or a Friday before 4:30pm and wish for the item to be delivered on Saturday then you would need to select this delivery option.

DPD Sunday Delivery is for delivery on Sunday, if you place an order on a Friday after 4:30pm or a Saturday before 4:30pm and wish for the item to be delivered on Sunday then you need to select this delivery option.

I placed an order on Sunday for Next day delivery, why is it arriving Tuesday?

Sunday is not a working day so therefore orders placed on a Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday for next working day delivery on Tuesday.

How does Next Day delivery work around Bank Holidays?

Bank holidays are not working days so ordering and shipping around these dates is the following-

Friday Bank Holiday: Orders placed before 4:30pm on Thursday will be shipped for delivery on Monday (Unless Saturday or Sunday delivery was selected)

Monday Bank Holiday: Orders placed before 4:30pm on Friday will be shipped for delivery on Tuesday

Orders placed after the 4:30pm cut off will be shipped on the next working day for delivery on the next working day (E.g. an order placed on a Saturday after 4:30pm with an upcoming bank holiday Monday will be shipped on Tuesday for next working day delivery on Wednesday).

I’ve put the wrong address, how do I change it?

Send us an email with the correct address as soon as you notice and we’ll get it changed before it gets dispatched. If your item has already been dispatched and is on a Royal Mail service you can intercept the delivery and ask that Royal Mail deliver the item to a post office - https://www.royalmail.com/receiving-mail/redelivery/book you would just need to select yes you have a reference number which is your tracking number. Royal Mail will give the 10 closest post offices to the delivery address. 

How do I track my order?

We send out an email with your tracking details on when your item has been dispatched. The tracking number won’t work until around 5pm on the day of dispatch.

 

Refunds & Returns

What does “Order Name” mean?

It’s just your name

How long is your returns policy?

You have 30 days to return any unwanted items for a refund. The item must be in perfect condition with all tags and labels attached in the original packaging.

How long does it take to get my refund?

We process all returns the same day they arrive to us - except on weekends or bank holidays. Then allow up to 14 working days for the money to come back in your bank account. You'll get an email once it's been processed and completed.

Are your products authentic?

We’re an official stockist of all of the brands we sell. Products arrive to us directly from the brands themselves.

You can find us on the “official stockists” list that every brand has at the bottom of their website. You can also email the brands directly and they’ll be happy to confirm this.
