Terms & Conditions

 

Ordering Processing / Delivery

We endeavour to process your order same working day of receipt. All items are then dispatched by carrier (or if appropriate Royal Mail). Please Note - 'Next Day Delivery' refers to next working day, if you need Saturday delivery, select accordingly. 'Next Day Delivery' is only available for orders received before 4.30pm and only for UK Mainland addresses, if you live in the channel Isles, Northern Island or certain Highland postcodes then you will need to select the standard service. In the case of special orders and items temporarily out of stock we will advise you of an estimated delivered date as soon as possible. All goods are subject to availability and all delivery dates are approximate. Please take into consideration when ordering from us, that we reserve the right to charge for any Re-Delivery attempts and Return to Sender charges.

Orders between £0.00 and £75.00 - £3.99 Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) through Royal Mail

If you require next day delivery this is charged at £5.99 and we ship with DPD

Orders over £75.00 - Free Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) through Royal Mail

All outgoing postage fees are non-refundable.

Please note that Next day delivery only applies to deliveries made Monday - Friday. If you require a Saturday delivery you must upgrade your delivery to the Saturday Delivery on our site. An upgrade is required for any next day service selected and isn't part of the standard delivery cost.

 

Cancelations

Our warehouse team work very quickly to dispatch all orders placed so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancelations may not be possible if the order has already been processed by our warehouse team. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Please note our customer service hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

 

No Quibble Returns Policy

We will happily, with proof of purchase offer a Full Refund or Credit Note for all items (not including shipping) received back within 30 Days of receipt, for 30 Days thereafter only a Credit Note will be given. Any items returned after this period will not be refunded and sent back to the sender.

We cannot process any exchanges unless there is a fault with an item, in which case a like for like exchange can be requested.

Goods must be returned with all original tags attached, in perfect, saleable condition, including any outer packaging of the product (eg. Wellington Box). This does not affect your statutory rights. Any items returned to us that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to the sender.

Please note that all Underwear and Swimwear are non returnable due to hygiene reasons and will not be refunded.

Any returns that do not meet the returns criteria in the Returns Information are subject to a 50% deduction to the refund to cover for damages and unsellable products, or will be refused and returned to sender.

We hold the right to ask for payment to cover addition postage for any items are required to be sent back to the sender

We aim to process your refund within 2 working days of the item being returned to us, however please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be returned back to your account through our payment processor. 

All Free Gifts/Promotions must also be returned if no longer applicable, non-receipt will result in a deduction for the goods not returned.

If you have ordered from our UK website and are based in the UK, then any item(s) over £249 that are being returned are entitled to a Free Returns Label with Royal Mail, if you use our returns label and your item(s) is/are £249 or under this will be subject to a £3.99 fee which will be deducted from your refund. All outgoing delivery fees are non-refundable. To access your returns label please visit the Royal Mail returns portal: www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/1260

Please place this label on the outside packaging and take to your nearest Post Office and request proof of postage.

This is via our own returns label, which can be found in your account. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit without the proof of posting - However, no additional insurance is necessary.

If you would like to return an item from outside of the UK then this will be at your cost.

Items returned due to a refusal to pay import duties and/or taxes will have the full total of the duty/tax deducted from the refund.

The contract of sale does not begin until the Dispatch notification has been sent, CHO Fashion & Lifestyle have the right to cancel the order at any stage prior to this and the order confirmation does not constitute a contract between the CHO Fashion & Lifestyle and the customer.

Special Orders

Any item ordered in to us specially for you, will be subject Refund by Credit Note only, this includes but is not limited to Pre-Orders, Made-to-Measure items and Non Stock Items.

International Orders

Please Note, depending on the product purchased and the country in which you reside, your parcel may be subject to duty and/or tax, of which you would be responsible.

IMPORTANT: NOW THE UK HAS LEFT THE EU, ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK ARE CLASSED AS INTERNATIONAL.

*Please note that brand exclusions apply for international deliveries. Barbour and Barbour International are both brands that we are unable to ship outside of the UK and as such our website will not let you checkout if you have either of those brands in your basket unless you have a UK address. 

International Returns

If returned from outside the EU goods must be marked "BRITISH RETURNED GOODS" and accompanied by an appropriate customs form. Please instruct your carrier to provide the necessary documentation. Return Postage may also be charged.
*Failure to comply may result in import duties being charged to your account.

Discrepancies

In the unlikely event of any discrepancies with your order; such as shortages, damages or missing items, you must report it to Customer Services within 7 Days of receipt on delivery, in order that we can investigate this matter. All missing parcels should be reported to our customer service team within 10 days of dispatch notification, as otherwise we cannot investigate or process any claims outside of this period.

When a parcel is reported as missing an investigation will be raised with the courier. Any contact we receive from the courier during the investigation will be forwarded via email. In accordance with Royal Mail, DPD, and FedEx's own terms and conditions investigations can take up to 30 working days (Mon-Fri) to complete. No refunds, credits, or replacements can be arranged while an investigation is ongoing as the outcome may include the original parcel being found and delivered.

Faults

In the very unlikely event of a fault becoming apparent on your purchase please contact us, explaining the fault. We will refund, exchange, or credit faulty items depending on the length of time the product was purchased and the manufacturer's limited warranty, we will also provide a free returns label. There may on occasion when we will have to send any faulty products to the manufacturer to determine if it is a manufacturing fault or as a result of wear and tear, this can take up to 6 weeks to receive a decision by the manufacturer in these instances. If the manufacturer deems it not to be a manufacturing fault then we will return the item back to you, in the same condition it was received. If the item is deemed faulty we will issue you with a full refund within 6 months of purchase. Due to Health & Safety regulations we cannot accept boots/clothes unless they have been cleaned thoroughly.

We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been damaged after delivery to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy

We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1988 and will only use your information for the purpose of our dealings with you. We occasionally make our mailing list of names (we do not give telephone numbers) available to carefully selected organisations whose products maybe of interest to you. If you would prefer not to be included in such mailings please indicate on the order form.

General

We endeavour to ensure all prices are correct at the time of going to web; however they may be subject to change. Product colours may vary.

The contents of our catalogue (including these terms of sale, pictures, designs, logos, photographs, text and other materials) are the copyright trademark or registered trademark of us or our content providers or their respective owners.

We also reserve the to withhold funds for any free/promotional goods that are not returned when requesting a refund.

All promotions which require redemption by means of voucher code are only eligible if account creation date is prior to the promotion launch date.

Promotions and discount codes run from time to time at CHO Fashion & Lifestyle. Certain brands may be excluded from these promotions.
