Christmas Returns 2018
Any order placed from the 1st of October 2018 will qualify for our extended returns, giving you until the 15th of January 2019. Please note we will only accept those returns if they are in their original packaging and in a new condition. All items must be received back by CHO Fashion & Lifestyle no later than the 15th of January and CHO Fashion & Lifestyle will reject any parcel outside this extended returns policy.

We will happily, with proof of purchase offer a Full Refund, Exchange or Credit Note for all Non-Sale items (not including shipping) received back within 30 Days of purchase, for 30 Days thereafter a Credit Note or Exchange will be given. All sale items are strictly Refund, Exchange or Credit Note received back to us within 14 days of purchase. Regrettably all sale items received after 14 Days of purchase cannot be refunded and can be returned at buyer's cost. All Free Gifts/ Promotions must also be returned if no longer applicable, non-receipt will result in a charge for the goods not returned. Goods must be returned in perfect, resalable condition, including any outer packaging of the product (eg. Wellington Box). This does not affect your statutory rights. All underwear is strictly non-returnable. Free Returns are for all UK items regardless of cost. We do not offer free returns to customers outside of the UK and the cost of this is the responsibility of the customer and not CHO Fashion and Lifestyle. This is via our own returns label, which can be found in your account. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. It is the customers responsibility to check that the item has been received back to us, you need to report this within 30 days from the date sent back using our returns labels and must retain the proof of purchase from the post Office as otherwise we will not be able to refund any returned item, you have a period of 60 days in which to do so, otherwise a refund may not be issued. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit without the proof of posting - However no additional insurance is necessary. Please return the item including your order information to:
