CHO Fashion & Lifestyle will offer a refund for all returned items within a period of 30 days from purchase of the goods to when they are delivered back. If a return falls outside of those dates, then no refund will be offered.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY
- The item must be unused and in perfect condition with all tags and labels attached in the original packaging.
- The item must be in an unused, perfect condition making sure that all packaging is as was originally sent, please do not stick labels onto the product box. We advise trying footwear on a carpeted surface to protect the footwear.
- All accessories must be in an unused perfect condition with all tags and labels attached in the original packaging.
Please note that CHO Fashion & Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse an item for return if they do not meet the above criteria.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If you have ordered from our UK website and are based in the UK, then you are entitled to a Free Returns Label with Royal Mail. In your parcel there should be a pre-paid label already included, if this is the case then please place this label on the outside packaging and take to your nearest Post Office and request proof of postage.

DPD PREMIUM RETURNS
We also offer a premium UK returns service with DPD this is a fully tracked and signed for service. This is not a free service, and you will be charged £4.15 If you would like to use this service, please follow this link.
INTERNATIOANAL AND EUROPE
CHO Fashion & Lifestyle does not offer a free returns service for items bought outside of the UK and it’s the buyers responsibility to return the goods to CHO Fashion & Lifestyle and we would recommend using a trackable service as the responsibility of that return is the customers until the order has been received back by CHO Fashion & Lifestyle.
If you have purchased from Amazon, then please open a returns request via Amazon and our returns instructions will be e-mailed across to you.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please note this does not cover reasonable wear and tear. Then we may be able to offer alternatives such as a replacement or a repair. If we are unable to do either of those then we will refund the item in full on receipt of it being returned.
In the first instance please contact our customer service team email@example.com with your order number and details of what you believe to be the manufacturing fault.
The customer service team will usually ask for the item to be returned so that we can inspect the item to determine if it is a manufacturing fault. If the customer service team are unable to clarify this then the item may be sent back to the manufacturer itself to make that decision, which will be final. This process can take up to 6 weeks. In some instances, the manufacturer may repair the item and you will be advised if this is the case.
Please note that if an item is over 6 months old then we may deem it to be a wear and tear issue as it would be determined that the customer has had the goods for a reasonable length of time.
We understand that many people start buying gift early for the Christmas period and from the 1st of October 2019 you will have until the 13th of January 2020 to send any unwanted Christmas purchases back, but they must be received by us by the 13th of January. All items must still be in their original, perfect condition with all tags and labels attached to receive a refund otherwise a refund may be refused.
